I have visited Garinish Island many times before and even this spring I was on the island three times. But I have never seen the island as beautiful as it was this April. Everything looked neat as a pin and the blossoms on the plants and trees were in full bloom. It was almost paradise.
Besides the Italian Garden, there are two giant tree ferns in Happy Valley that fascinate me every time again. This ancient plant species cannot be compared to anything else and stands out even on such a unique island as Garinish.
