Irish cottage – from the Ireland 2019 Calendar

The August image of the 2019 Ireland Calendar shows a traditional Irish cottage as well as a whole palette of “ingredients” for a classic Ireland picture. To the left, a twisted hawthorn rises behind a dry-stone wall, with the sea and coast in the background, while the sun is at its best. Looking at the motif, one inevitably imagines walking along the path past the cottage and sooner or later gets involved in a conversation with friendly contemporaries. 😉
