This image of O’Sullivan’s Bar in Crookhaven was taken in May 2020. The mural showed the Fastet Rock along with a naked mermaid (which apparently caused controversy) and the slogan “Most southerly pint in Ireland”. Unfortunately, it was painted white just a short time later, and on my last visit in October 2021, the wall was still white – a sad thing, really.
